Given that the Attorney-General has no objection to this matter being referred to the relevant Departmental Committee and, further, bearing in mind the amount of monies involved and the possible loss that the Kenyan Government may have incurred or suffered, I order that this matter be referred to the Departmental Committee on Administration of Justice and Legal Affairs to inquire into it and file its report within two months from today."
