    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, we need to think out of the box. The Senate is one of the Houses of Parliament. Over the years, we have had serious jurisdictional conflict. In my mind, and as a person who has been around, there is no harm in funding the Senate. As long as that funding goes to oversee the wastage, rot, and all other evil things that are taking place at the county level, let us fund them. There is no problem. But we also want to urge them to stop bad-mouthing the National Assembly, and accept that the National Assembly is the Upper House."
