    "content": "On a point order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Minister has given the impression that she is releasing the money to us, Members of Parliament. Actually, we are not signatories to those accounts, although we are patrons. That impression is dangerous for us. If anything happens to those funds, Members of Parliament will be blamed for it. So, could she clarify very clearly that she is not releasing the money to hon. Members, but is releasing it to the constituencies committees?"
