    "content": "(f) one person nominated by the Council from amongst the members of the Institute; (iv) by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (f)— (g) one person nominated by the Insurance Training and Education Trust; (h) one person nominated by the recognised insurance training institutions who are members of the Institute. (b) In subclause (2) by deleting the words “and (f)” and substituting therefor the words “ (f), (g) and (h)”. This amendment seeks to change the proposed composition of the examination board to make it more effective and independent from the council of the institute or rather sector players. It recognises the need to have a representative of the Insurance Training and Education Trust and recognised insurance training institutions who are members of the institute."
