Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, clause 40 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (2)- “(3) The Cabinet Secretary, in consultation with the institute, shall, in the notice under subsection (1), prescribe the procedure for obtaining a practising certificate to be followed by insurance professionals who were in practice on the date of the commencement of this Act.”"
