    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I really want to request the hon. Member to bear with us. I think this is a question of resources. We are saying that, as a Ministry, we have asked the Treasury to give us Kshs15 million to start with. I think they will give us that money and we shall start the construction work next year. I have also indicated that we have asked for an additional Kshs140 million from the Treasury. I hope that we shall get that money and build the Government Chemist in Kisumu."
