We have private practitioners who are very active depending on the demand in various districts in this country. We also have the national one which is managed from the Central Artificial Insemination Service Centre. I would like to sit with the hon. Member and the Central Artificial Insemination Service Centre in order to give him a definite answer, so that I do not just give an answer that may not materialize in future."
