    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. My question is not really related to the main Question. However, could the Minister tell us what he is doing with regard to about 30 children and their mothers who have been detained in Ward 3A at the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) since January, 2009? This is the case and yet they should have been released immediately they were treated. Could the Minister assist those children and their mothers and the hospital treats their case as bad debt? Many of the patients owed the KNH about Kshs10,000, but now, their stay in the hospital for the last six months has made their bill rise to Kshs70,000 each. Surely, there must be a system to address this matter."
