    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security on the circumstances surrounding the air crash in Kapsabet on Monday, 11th May, 2009, I would like him to clarify the following: - (a) The ownership and age of the aircraft (b) Whether the aircraft in question has recently been overhauled and serviced and at what cost. (c) Whether the Minister was satisfied with the overhaul and the service and what procurement procedure was applied in identifying the company that overhauled the aircraft. (d) Finally, the steps being taken to minimize or eliminate such accidents."
