"content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The truth of the matter is that the person who injured me was a police officer and his name is well known. When he injured me, he was in the presence of the DCIO. So, the question of the Government or the Assistant Minister not knowing who injured me does not arise in this case. The police officer who injured me is called Humphrey Owino and he is currently based at Busia Police Station. I have already filled and returned a P3 Form to the Butere Police Station. As the aggrieved party, I am awaiting from the Assistant Minister to have this officer arrested. Is he in order to come here and mislead the House?"
