    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think I was very clear on this matter. It was very difficult for Mr. Washiali to identify this man as a police officer. Later on, he was given the man’s full name. It is my duty now to check whether we have a police officer by the name Humphrey Owino in that particular station. If, indeed, it is true, because a number of my police officers have been taken for short, long term and managerial courses for them to behave well and to bring law and order and have a reformed police force, I want to assure this House that if that police officer assaulted a Member of Parliament, I will take action immediately."
