    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we are recommending in this Report that the SGR stores be established immediately, which have the management role of the stores. Further, we are recommending that an amendment of Gazette Notice No.55 be done such that they will be able to hold, physically, good and first quality, 10 million bags. That will approximately be one third of our requirements. In cash, based on the Chicago prices--- There is a big market and that is why those commodities are controlled. We need another 5 million bags. So that our net SGR capability will be 15 million bags of maize."
