I am happy that the Members of the Budget and Appropriations Committee have now realised their mistakes. I implore on the new Budget and Appropriations Committee to ensure that they balance the allocation of resources of this country across the board. I want to talk about healthcare and allocation of resources for our hospitals. I have looked at the Second Supplementary Estimates. I come from the western region of this country, which has five referral hospitals in Kitale, Bungoma, Busia, Kakamega, and Mbale in Vihiga.
