"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I also agree with the sentiments by the County Woman Representative for Kirinyaga. This is one of those accidents that Hon. Donya was talking about yesterday. It cannot be that we reduce the budget when it comes to gender related issues. The County Woman Representatives do extremely important things to help the girl child and to promote affirmative action in the country. We need to reconsider this amendment."
