    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I also want to echo my colleagues’ sentiments. It is unfortunate because these are funds meant for affirmative action. Why are we further marginalising the marginalised by reducing the funds set aside for them? All the Votes are being increased, but it is unfortunate that funds that support affirmative action are being reduced. We do not support this amendment."
