"content": "This Report is well written and will guide us but we must be careful. We should ensure that the Report is objective and keeps away from anything that is subjective. This is because it is only objectivity that will benefit this country in the long run. Therefore, I do not intend to dwell on history. I also do not intend to contribute to this Motion on the basis of what has happened. I want to look forward. I would like to see the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Livestock Development, the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources and any other Ministry address these issues. These Ministries should address these problems not just by talking, but by implementing useful policies. That is when this country will be able to feed her people."
