    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, my second Statement is on the discontinuation of the Higher Education Loans Board Student Loan Facility or (HELB) to students of the Kenya School of Law. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53 (1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Education regarding the discontinuation of the HELB loan facility to students of the Kenya's School of Law (KSL). In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Provide reasons for the discontinuation of HELB loan facility to students of KSL, stating whether any consultations were undertaken with key stakeholders that informed the decision."
