    "content": "I do not want to take a lot of time on the issue concerning the Grain Bulk Handling Limited. The Committee has recommended that there should be a second grain handling company in this country so that we reduce the congestion and delay in grain handling at the Port. Therefore, I do not find a good reason to justify our position in the Report that the company be investigated but I stand by the Report and the recommendation that there should be a second grain handling company to reduce the congestion and delays at the Port so that the cost incurred by the Government in paying for delayed off-loading of grains at the Port can also be reduced."
