    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations regarding the insecurity and misconduct of certain police officers in Murang’a County. In the Statement, the Committee should address the following- (1) The circumstances surrounding the death of Ms. Joychister Muthoni, a Grade 8 pupil at Wambwe Primary School that occurred in Wambwe Village, Mathioya Constituency on 7th January, 2025, including the actions being taken to expedite the investigation into the death and ensure that the perpetrators are apprehended and brought to book.
