I just wanted to say that let us make sure there we have an open, transparent government, where we are accountable to each other, where we manage the resources of our country with prudence and respect and Kenyans will be always happy that we were in this House. I hope that this House, and the Committee on Finance and Budget will stand up for the Kenyans. Madam Temporary Speaker, with those remarks, I second the Motion."
