Thang’wa, the issue you are now raising is under Standing Order No.105. Nobody has requested facts. Sen. Eddy referred Senator Methu to Standing Order No.101 on the contents of the speech when the President's person is mentioned, an issue I had given guidance on. However, Sen. Methu still veered away from the speaker's directive. So, once again, I want to rule your point of order out of order because it did not respond to the issues. I will allow Sen. Methu to proceed with his submissions, but should stick to the guidelines offered by the Speaker."
