Senators, if you may recall, last Wednesday, the Cabinet Secretary in charge of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation was in this House for purposes of responding to Question No.008 by the Senator for Migori County and Question No.009 by the Senator for Makueni County. The responses to those two questions were deemed unsatisfactory and, therefore, I directed that the Cabinet Secretary prepare and respond better to these two questions and appear today.
