    "content": "We cannot condemn the PS and the General Manager of the NCPB because we do not see, in the Report, anything that they have done. An ordinary letter does not warrant the Committee to condemn a person in that manner. Therefore, I want to say that I support the amendment, and say that we must always be careful, as I said yesterday. I was very satisfied with yesterday’s Report, because the Committee investigated the matter and gave us a comprehensive Report that cleared the Minister, and many other people, of any irregular actions. However, I cannot say that this particular Report is credible. I, therefore, support the amendment fully."
