I do not believe we have different policies because we are all mandated to go through the National Land Commission on matters payment of land compensation. I would like to answer the question by Hon. Onyonka. We have had issues in different projects, where even the PAPs have passed on. This has been a legacy challenge that has been ongoing in the Government. In the Ministry, in case the person to be compensated has passed on, the next of kin is considered by the National Land Commission for compensation. That is the status as it is. There was a question on why do we have legacy compensation issues. I found that ongoing in the Ministry.
