    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the response from the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation on Thwake Dam, but we are constrained to ask other questions, also touching on other dams in the Republic. We know the Ministry says all the time that they have no budget. As a House, we would like to know the dams that are ongoing and the others that have been proposed and what magnitude of money we need to push. This is so that we know the budget the Ministry needs for all the dams across the country and the many stalled irrigation projects in our counties, in order to jump-start all these projects.
