    "content": " Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would like to support the Motion as amended. I would also like to say very quickly one or two things. First, this bulky Report was about food security and the status of maize shortage. However, I have looked at it and I have not seen much about food security. I thought the Members of this Committee should have come here and told us this is what Kenya should do so that we can have food security. That has not been done. The Committee has failed miserably even on the title of this Report."
