I first acknowledge the work of the head of delegation and his leadership. Sen. Methu, our former Chairperson of the Committee on Land, Environment and Natural Resources has distinguished himself in this House and the service. I wish him well and I pray that the people of Nyandarua will keep bringing him back, so that when we finally go, we will leave this House in responsible hands.
