    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following two Motions: - THAT, being aware of the serious problems of squatters and landlessness in Kenya today and lack of a clear policy and legal framework to deal with the same; considering the efforts made by the Government so far in settling some squatters on various farms in certain parts of the country without a clear criteria or structure to guide process; appreciating the need to establish a Fund to facilitate continuous squatter settlement process with proper structures and criteria for identification of genuine squatters countrywide and suitable land for acquisition"
