    "content": "What the Senate Minority Whip was doing, just to inform them of the procedure that we are going through, was moving a Motion. A committee is the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget where he sits, sat down, considered the report of Kenya's debt situation from the Treasury and now they are sending a report back to the House. What he is doing is called moving a report after which it will be seconded and opened for debate after which Members will vote. So that is one of the many things that we do in this particular House. I wish them well in their studies because these are the leaders of our country presently and in the future and for those who want to pursue a future in political leadership in this country, they are welcome to do so. This is a very fulfilling profession, never mind all the difficulties that come with it. I wish you well in all that you are up to and in your journey back to Kajiado County."
