Indeed, at the beginning of the week, you are supplied with a copy of all the Questions and the dates they will appear on the Order Paper. Hon. Members are required to inform the Clerk in advance so that these Questions do not appear on the Order Paper. Under the circumstances, yes, the Chair will also enforce the provisions of the Standing Orders against hon. Members as much as it will enforce on the Executive."
