    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply and thank all my colleagues who have made their comments. I also assure the House that, given the opportunity to follow up these matters, we shall do it in a manner that respects the authority and constitutional mandate of county assemblies. We know that they are distinct and that they are constitutional entities. When we are seeking accountability from the county assemblies, we will be very careful not to cross the lines and blur the independence of county assemblies vis-à-vis Parliament. I beg to reply. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I also rise, pursuant to Standing Order No.66(3) to request that putting of the question on this Motion be deferred until the conclusion of debate on other Motions on the Order Paper."
