    "content": "I want to urge the Public Petitions Committee, chaired by the very able Chairman here, to ensure they expedite this, to stop the suffering of the people of Mwendo wa Panya. They are Kenyans. They deserve better. They deserve to be accorded the best treatment in terms of land ownership. I want to ask the Chairman and the Committee to work hard on this Petition. Make sure that at the end of the day, it is executed and the Committee on Implementation follows up on the matter so that the people of Mwendo wa Panya get justice. I thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
