    "content": " I thank my friend, Hon. Atandi, for bringing this Motion to the House. It is important as it touches the heart of everyone. It concerns everybody. A country with no food is not a country. Any country must be able to feed itself. Since the beginning of time, Kenya has been known as an agricultural country, yet we do not seem to be acting like one. It is a pity that Kenya imports food. Sometimes we do not even have enough food to the extent that our people are portrayed as suffering the most on the continent, yet we have the capacity to produce food."
