    "content": "It is not rocket science that the Government is subsidising fertiliser so that we can increase production. It is the right thing to do. It goes without saying that the foreign exchange that is used to import fertiliser creates employment in other countries and we end up losing in the process. We are also losing money that we could have used to set up fertiliser factories so that we can employ the thousands and thousands of students that we churn out of our universities every year."
