    "content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, I described him because we talked about fertiliser a few minutes ago. I sympathise with him because of the challenges we face due to fertiliser shortage. If we establish our own fertiliser plant, we can sort the challenge of fertiliser shortage once and for all. If we have our own plant, fertiliser prices will go down and fertilisers will in turn be affordable for Kenyans. This can also improve the living standards of our people, who are crying due to lack of school fees. Our current economy requires some people to engage in business and others to engage in serious farming, so that they can get money to pay school fees.
