    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue raised by Mr. Ruteere is not just applicable to North Imenti Constituency alone. It applies all over the country. The approach of the Ministry in controlling illicit brews will never work. The British tried it, but they failed. This Government tried it, but it has failed. Could the Assistant Minister tell the House what steps are being taken to control and regulate the production and consumption of traditional brews? They should not become illicit drinks."
