The NG-CDF defines certain things within our governance structure. I believe in your leadership, Hon. Speaker. Do not leave it to the Cabinet Secretaries. Can you guide them to bring this matter to an end once and for all, so that there is predictability, certainty and a guarantee of what will happen to whoever falls under that definition of “hardship areas’?"
