    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, thank you very much for giving me this opportunity. I have not read the Report. This sector is one of the biggest in the economy of this country. There is a big population in the bodaboda business. As the last speaker said, we need to have headquarters for bodaboda operators so that we know how much revenue we can get from the sector for the benefit of our country. That way, we will recognise the sector so that the operators can participate positively. Secondly, given that it is a sector that provides the best service in this country, we should have regulations to guide it. As at now, the bodaboda business is conducted haphazardly. Anybody, including you and me, can become a bodaboda operator and do whatever they want.
