This is a very important Motion calling upon the House to adopt the Report on a Petition which was presented to the House and committed to the Departmental Committee on Transport and Infrastructure. The Committee has prepared a detailed report on how the matters raised in the Petition can be handled. Actors in the bodaboda sector are usually very restless. Sometimes they get concerned when they hear that we are debating that sector in the House. The mention of the word “registration” sends jitters down their spines because they think we are out to control and regulate them in a manner that will make them totally unable to operate."
