    "content": "Members of the public should not view the sector as wayward, lawless and disorganised. In fact, I always commend bodaboda riders in my Tharaka Constituency because they have formed a SACCO. If they save well and attract more members, they can establish a small-scale bank in future to better their lives. I have been approached by other bodaboda riders from the rest of Tharaka-Nithi County with a request to assist them to establish a SACCO so that it can empower them. With those remarks, I beg to support the Motion."
