    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, I do not want to say more on the issue of infrastructure. As the Kenya Kwanza Government and as leaders in our individual constituencies, we should continue to improve our areas by providing water, schools, roads and creating other sources of livelihood for our communities, so that cases of cattle rustling can reduce. There was also the issue of inter-community dialogue through festivals and cultural activities. I want to single out what the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration was doing at some point when we visited Elgeyo Marakwet County. They were holding inter-community football matches. I am sure such activities can bring those communities together so that they speak in togetherness and see each other as brothers and not enemies."
