    "content": " I will cut my contribution to a minute. There is systematic exclusion. We need to have the children in school. One Member said very clearly how schools can help in addressing insecurity. We need boarding schools and not day schools. You cannot tell a child in my Constituency to walk for three kilometres to school through an insecure place. That is basically telling the child that they do not need to go to school. If the Government is serious, let it invest in boarding schools in all the marginalised areas of the North Rift. The NPRs have become a darling of many places in the North Rift. You will not find a single Kenyan military personnel along the 180-kilometre of the international border in my constituency. Only the NPRs take care of this country. I wish the Government could take advantage and ensure that the NPRs are not only given guns, but are also trained and taken care of."
