    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. On that same line of statements, this is in regard to committing of statements to different committees. For instance, I have a case here that is dealing with the management and operations of the Kenya National Police DT SACCO, which has been referred to the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations, whereas I feel that SACCOs are issues to do with cooperatives. It should have been better handled by the Committee on Tourism, Trade and Industrialization. I would wish to seek clarity on this matter."
