    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Speaker, Sir. First, I would like to inform the Senator for Nairobi City County, my good friend, that I have not been absent from the House. In fact, I have been actively receiving and addressing the petitions. That aside, the matter that has been raised in the House is serious.
