It is very disappointing that Prof. Olweny, who is an Assistant Minister, can even add to the problem. What we are asking is that the Government must be seen to be serious. That is not what is being portrayed today. It has gone to the level of Prof. Olweny claiming that a very cool man like Mr. Kutuny is threatening him."
