    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity. I want to ask the Prime Cabinet Secretary regarding the refugees in the Kakuma and Daadab refugee camps. There is report by the government that differentiates the assistance given to the refugees which is called differentiated assistance. I wonder what is the difference between the assistance given to refugees and the assistance given to the host community. Secondly, is the Prime Cabinet Secretary aware that the host communities that have had difficulties in integrating with the refugees? Is he also aware that enough time has not been given to the host community to participate and be informed on how they can integrate with the refugees?
