    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I expect the Assistant Minister to come back next time with a more comprehensive answer. This is because Kenyan secondary school graduates cannot get jobs unless they are ICT literate. Today, jobs in major companies are obtained through filling forms via computers. Unless students get educated before they graduate from secondary schools, there is no way they will get jobs if they fail to join our universities. I would like the Assistant Minister to kindly treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves rather than giving casual answers like the ones I have been given."
