"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Allow me to congratulate the new Cabinet Secretary for his presence in this Ministry. The country remembers that His Excellency, the President because of the waiting he put on this issue, he actually assigned special responsibilities to the former Deputy President to do what you are doing now and we did not see his footprints. In a short time, you have blown a strong breath of hope in the coffee sector. Mr. Speaker, Sir, before I ask, I want to acknowledge your answer in part (c) where you have spoken to the coffee revitalisation strategy that covers special areas that include policy and so on and so forth. This is very good. However, there is something you have left out, which concerns me. The issue of governance. You and I have been around for a while. You know that the Nordic countries were so interested in this particular cooperative movement that they actually put up a cooperative college in Karen. I do not know what happened to that college that it was converted into a university. This is the college that would give capacity building in the area of governance in our cooperatives. So, given that the university has taken over the college, what are you planning to do to ensure that these skills of governance are then given to these people from a centralised place, recognised like the former cooperative college?"
