    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for this opportunity. I would also like to thank the leadership of this House. This is among the nine Bills following the NADCO Report. I would have expected that we should have dispensed off this Bill so that we allow Members to prosecute other Bills. It is good to see you. The last time I saw you, we were condoling with the Dagoretti North MP, Hon. Beatrice Elachi. It is good that as MPs, we stand with each other especially when we have challenges."
