    "content": "Okay, thank you. On the issue of review and delimitation of boundaries of the constituencies, we must fastrack. For example, in Nandi, I have the biggest ward called Kilibwoni, which we would want to review. However, we have a number of protected constituencies that do not meet the criteria. Secondly, there are so many by-elections, including Magarini, Banisa, Baringo County and Malava. If hon. Ruku succeeds to be the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service we will need a by-election in Mbeere North Constituency. We need the IEBC to be in place to conduct by-elections.
